Let me tell you a true story dear lady! I am sure you who is reading this blog might also have such a question in your mind. I was asked and still questioned many times about this.
What if I am active, doing household chores, working, going for walk and all such common day to day activities still i need do yoga during pregnancy?
So, my answer to this is YES but there is definitely your wish whether you are comfortable to start pre-natal yoga or not. There is no such rule that you MUST do it.But before deciding just to look into these benefits of pre-natal yoga.
First thing to keep in mind is YOGA is different than your day-to-day physical activity. There are numerous benefits associated with it.
